Consumer says Albuquerque air duct cleaners avoid appointments, don't deliver filter
I hired New Mexico Quality Air of Albuquerque, New Mexico, to clean my home’s air ducts, vacuum the dryer vent and inspect the air filters.
I actually was very pleased with the service; the problem surfaced when I called to find out where my $60 custom air filter was. I also purchased a two-year maintenance agreement, which got me one appointment a year.
It’s been a year since the cleaning and I still don’t have a filter. I called to make an appointment and never got a person, just a message. So I emailed twice, and still no response. I want them to provide the service or a $119 refund.

Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
