Consumer receives refund for Cincinnati furniture store warranty

We purchased a warranty for new furniture from Ashley Furniture Homestore’s Springdale location in Cincinnati. However, the salesperson didn’t explain that damage caused by moving or damage by a pet voids the warranty, and the warranty company declined to repair the damage done by our granddaughter’s cats.

We wouldn’t have purchased this warranty if we knew about this. We would like the furniture replaced or our money back for the purchase price and the cost of the warranty plus taxes.
