Consumer’s grout grievance is a hard case to crack

I hired Sasso Bello of Folsom, Calif., to clean and seal my tiles and grout.

I was dissatisfied with the job overall. They missed spots when cleaning the grout, and I feel that they pushed the premium package onto me. I’m not convinced that this treatment protected the grout any better.

I would like them to come back and redo the work.
