"I hired Geek Choice to fix Outlook on my computer. I was told they needed to wipe it off my computer and reload the data from my backup service.
"I didn't want to pay them $300 to watch a download and was told after the data finished downloading, I needed to double click the Outlook icon and it would work, but it didn't.
"I was told the guarantee wasn't in place because, "I didn't allow him to finish the job."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I'd like my money back."
