Communication issue resolved in D.C. door debacle

"I hired Beltway Exteriors & Home Improvements of Beltsville, Md., to install two security doors and two external doors.
"Nancy Sine, the sales representative, came to show me the selection of doors they had to offer, and I signed the contract and gave her a check for the required deposit of $2,232. She said someone from Beltway Exteriors would call to schedule a time to measure the doors and confirm my selection.
"They came and measured, and said someone would call me when the doors arrived to set up a time for installation.
"Due to my travel schedule, it took me five days to return their call. I've left several messages and I have not received a response from anyone at Beltway Exteriors.
"I'd like them to tell me if they're not going to do the job as contracted and return the full deposit. I had hoped to have the doors installed by now."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want Beltway Exteriors to call us back and install the doors, or return the full deposit."
