Client says Charlotte driving school owner fell short
COMPLAINT: Howard Tocman, Charlotte
I paid for Faulkner Driving School to give my son lessons. I told [Paul] Faulkner there were time constraints since my son was going back to college. He said, 'No problem.'
He was late for lessons three times and didn't show up one time. He told me he couldn't teach my son and stopped coming after I paid him.
He's a good teacher but a dishonest businessman. Mr. Faulkner offered a full refund, but I said he should be paid something since he did some work. We settled on $300, but I haven't received it.
DESIRED RESOLUTION: I want a $300 refund.
