Cincinnati plumber corrects faulty bathroom repairs

I hired The Service Pros of Cincinnati to install a new shower head and toilet flow valve and fix a slow-draining sink. My bathroom is in worse shape than when they started.

The shower head leaks like a waterfall, they fixed the toilet with a paperclip and they attempted to fix the slow-draining sink by installing a part, but it didn’t work. Also, I never received the itemized bill I requested.

I want the issues resolved in a reasonable amount of time, an itemized bill and someone to verify costs, or refund the entire amount so I can hire another plumber.
