Chicago roofing company finally makes good on promise
COMPLAINT: Nancy Flanagan, Orland Park
"I hired Pro-Line Home Improvements to fix a small roof leak, knock down a closet wall and replace a door with a French door. Everything is fine except for the door installation. They made a makeshift threshold instead of ordering one from the door company. They said they'd fix it for an extra $85. The door still wasn't closing, so I called again. They were supposed to come fix it, and finish the extra work on the threshold, but I haven't heard anything from them."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want the threshold fixed as contracted. If they can't do it, they should give me a $700 refund so I can hire someone else."
