Chicago homeowner says glass company won’t fix shower door
I hired Glass Dimensions of Melrose Park, Illinois, to install silicon on glass shower doors. The silicon broke in a week, so they came back and fixed it, but it tore again in a month.
I did not have a good experience. They said they have no warranty, but I asked them to fix it when it broke pretty quickly, at a cost of $200. It tore again in a week. I called them to redo it, and they told me they’d drop by next time their truck was in the area.
They never came by even after I called and emailed over and over again. That was four months ago. I would like them to come back and fix the problem.

Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
