"I hired Carpet Pros Inc. to clean the carpet in two rooms and a chair. I've used them before and have been satisfied with their services. However, this occasion was different.
"After they left, I noticed they didn't clean two of the pillows on the chair. I left three messages and none were returned.
"At the end of the day, the issue isn't the pillows but the fact they don't stand behind their work or even return calls."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like my two pillows cleaned. I would also like an explanation and an apology."
RESPONSE: Darrell Thomas, president, Carpet Pros Inc.
"We will clean the pillows as soon as possible and we will continue to try to get in touch with this member to schedule an appointment. We apologize for any inconvenience."
Editor's note: The member informed Angie's List he has still not had any contact from Carpet Pros Inc. Carpet Pros says the phone number they have for the member is not valid and they have not been able to reach him.
