COMPLAINT: Jeffrey Gauthier, Milwaukee, Wis.
"I purchased a $12,000 Jeep from Rightway Motors. Owner Charles Harvey also included vouchers for $500 worth of gas and $500 worth of groceries plus a 100,000-mile extended warranty.
"He told me it would take 60 days to activate the vouchers and warranty. The gas/grocery site is in bankruptcy and no longer accepting the vouchers and Mr. Harvey refuses to return phone calls or provide paperwork for the warranty.
"He has also failed to transfer the title into my name."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like the title for the vehicle, and a $2,000 money order to cover the $500 gas and grocery vouchers and estimated value of the extended warranty."
