Cable company doesn't deliver promised gift card, homeowner says

I selected Time Warner Cable in San Antonio as my cable television provider. Last year, I called to cancel my service, because I wanted to switch to satellite. Since it was obvious I wanted to cancel, the representative offered me a $300 gift card if I chose to stick with them. That changed my mind.

After waiting several weeks, I called about the gift card. This representative said my account showed I was supposed to receive one, so he would look into it. I later received a letter stating my package didn’t qualify for the gift card. But my package didn’t change after I spoke with the first representative.

I want them to send me the $300 gift card without any activation fee.
