"The technician from Time Warner Cable failed to show up for our appointment.

"I stayed home and lost a full day of wages, because the technician decided not to come by when my phone was busy, despite having confirmed our appointment twice.

"I asked for an apology and was met with silence. Then a representative from Time Warner asked if I would like to reschedule. Why should I waste another day due to their incompetence?

"Their personnel were rude and uncaring. How can Time Warner operate with such disdain for their customers?"

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like an apology for being treated badly."

They did the same to me in Cincinnati. They even had the audacity to continue to call every few weeks to see if I wanted to schedule again.
