Brookline customer accuses company of poor pillow selection
COMPLAINT: Carol Davidow, Brookline, Ma.
"I hired Furniture Techs of Attelboro, Ma., to make new pillows for my porch wicker furniture. They arrived completely wrong in size and were too large for the seats. They took them to redo them, but when they brought them back, the cushions were very stiff and uncomfortable to sit on. Now, they are not returning my calls. They charged me $1,500, and I have nothing to use on my furniture."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "Either get the right pillows or get my money back."
