Brook Park cable company resolves consumer’s billing complaint

Member Complaint

I’ve used WOW! of Brook Park, Ohio, for cable, Internet and phone service for more than 10 years. I’ve always been satisfied with them, however, they’ve overcharged me by more than double what my bill should be for two months in a row.

I also had signal problems after they swapped my normal receiver for an HD receiver. They tried to correct the issue twice, and disconnected a TV both times. A service technician reconnected the guest bedroom TV, but the bill wasn’t fixed as promised.

I want the bill for those two months fixed. They should each be in the $113 range, not more than $200.
