Brandon homeowner says Tampa landscaper pulled disappearing act
Alex removed my asphalt drive and replaced it with “crushed concrete” instead of limestone, and now I have bits of metal and glass and trash in my driveway, which has already caused one flat tire. I still haven’t received the decorative rock or sod. I’ve lost contact with Alex Anglin for weeks at a time, and now he’s two months overdue. He’s promised several times to come and complete the work, shows up and does a little thing, then disappears. My mistake was paying him upfront for the last of the service. Now he won’t respond to any of my messages. I would like him to come back and complete the work as contracted.

Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to mediate disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
