"He's just really good. He's so competent, efficient and quick. He's very accomplished at what he does. I'm going to have him back for more work. He does an outstanding job. Even though my piano is older than he is, he treats it like he's known it for a long time. He also suggested I redecorate the room where my piano sits for better sound. I installed carpet, window treatments and repositioned the piano with an area rug under it. The sound improved greatly; it was like a different piano after the redecorating and Jay's tuning."

"Stoughton promptly returned my call and scheduled the tuning for the same week - and on a Saturday. They were kind enough to work through all of the noise in my house that day."
