Boston carpet cleaner explains worst methods

Not all carpet cleaning methods are created equal. Marcello Capone of highly rated Capone Carpet Cleaning Co. in Arlington, Mass., recently explained which method she likes least and why.

What's the worst way to clean a carpet?

Capone: "My least favorite way to clean carpets would be the host method, in which you put down a product that is a ground up corn husk with a endust type of product, you scrub the product into the carpet then wait and vacuum later. If you do not vacuum all of it, you would still have a residue in the carpet that I think would bother people with breathing problems."
