Boring lawn company resolves complaint about bumpy yard
I hired Northwest Hydro-Mulchers of Boring, Oregon, to reseed my lawn. They removed the old lawn first, then sprayed my yard with a seed and fertilizer mix.
It didn’t go well. There are bumps and bare spots on the lawn. I contacted the company a few times with photos, and they said the spots would fill in. However, the spots remain after almost a year.
I want them to do the work required to make the lawn flat without bare spots.

My company hydro-seeded approximately 3,300 square feet. We were not hired for maintenance.
The lawn looked wonderful. The member chose to mow, water and maintain the lawn himself. I’m not responsible for inadequate maintenance.

Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
