Atlanta-area auto service providers praised for their work
Whether you live north in Norcross or south in Stockbridge, you’re looking for great service, especially with service and maintenance of your car.
Here’s the latest Post of Happiness for great service from Atlanta-area auto repair shops as selected by the Angie’s List Newsroom staff.
Sports & Imports Collision, Duluth
Sports & Imports Collision kicked the customer service into high gear for Crystal Dozier. “Someone hit my car in a parking lot and did not leave a note,” she says. “They replaced my front bumper. I got three quotes and they were the lowest, but that’s not why I selected them. From the start, they were professional and available. The day I got the quote, I received an email thanking me for allowing them to offer an estimate. It may sound like a small thing, but it showed they value communication with the customer.”
North Perimeter Collision, Chamblee
Carol Jenkins hailed the work completed by North Perimeter Collision. “They performed body work on a Toyota and a Honda with hail damage,” she says. “I have finally found a body shop that I enjoy doing business with! I had two cars with hail damage and I dreaded having them fixed due to past experiences with other body shops. My cars look great and they even ran interference for us with a difficult insurance provider. They have the customer’s best interest in mind.”
Atlanta Glass Services, Marietta
Atlanta Glass Services shattered Jason Champion’s expectations. “They replaced the windshield on my Jeep Grand Cherokee,” he says. “Andy, the technician, was awesome! Not only was he professional and informative, but he also worked hard in 20-degree weather! I’m curious about how things work, so I stood outside and talked to him for a while. He was extremely customer focused. I will say other glass companies gave me a better price, but you get what you pay for!”
Aero Automotive, Woodstock
Aero Automotive pulled out all the stops for Paul Griego. “The diagnosed several concerns I had,” he says. “They replaced front brake pads and rotors. They also cleaned and adjusted the rear brakes. They filled fluids, replaced serpentine belt, diagnosed an electrical problem and replaced the thermostat. Owner Scott Holton performed only the repairs that needed to be done and advised me on service jobs that might need to be done later. I will not hesitate to use Aero Automotive in the future.”
About Posts of Happiness
At Angie’s List, we regularly hear from members who are ecstatic about outstanding service received from the companies they’ve hired. We think such great service deserves recognition, which is why we feature Posts of Happiness.
We ask our members for nominations when they rate companies with A’s in every category. To qualify, a review must be at least 500 characters about a company’s actual work (not just an estimate) and members need to assure us that they’d hire again.
After a nomination, our staff selects the most outstanding stories to feature. If we choose your nomination, your review will appear in our monthly magazine and even right here on our website.
