Owner Jim Pagliro flew into action when Joe Bishop, already rushing to catch an airplane, noticed water pooling around his refrigerator. "I called Jim at 8:30 a.m., and he was at my house in 30 minutes," Bishop says. "He immediately recognized the problem as a blown relay and fixed it. He was courteous, punctual and professional when I was desperate to catch a plane."
