Albuquerque roofing company honors insulation warranty
Four years ago, I hired A New Millennium in Albuquerque, New Mexico, to install foam insulation in my house. They warrantied the work for leaks and blister repair coverage for 10 years. That was clearly written on the warranty certificate, which owner Rodney Rael and I signed.
However, I’ve noticed a lot of blisters on the foam system. I called Rodney Rael to speak about the problem. A couple of days later, a company representative inspected the job site. He said that he needed to describe the problem to the owner in order to make a decision about a repair.
He took multiple pictures of the problematic site, and they said they would contact me with a decision. Nobody contacted me in the next week. I finally called and spoke with the representative, who said that the owner won’t repair the foam system. He didn’t give me any explanation.
I asked to discuss this issue directly with the owner, and he refused to talk to me. They didn’t honor their written warranty. I want them to redo the foam insulation system.

Have a complaint?
Our Angie’s List complaint resolution team attempts to resolve disputes between members and service providers. During this process, three outcomes can happen: Penalty Box, Resolved or Stalemate. Companies that don’t respond to a member’s complaint will be placed in the Penalty Box until they respond. A case becomes Resolved if a company addresses the complaint to the member’s satisfaction, or it becomes a Stalemate if the provider responds, but the company and the member can’t reach an agreement.
