No matter what your next move is, living in limbo by having your house on the market and not having a clear future is stressful and can take a toll. Having your home professionally staged can speed up the process and get your house sold sooner.

Below are nine reasons why you should have your home professionally staged before it goes on the market.

1. You will net more money.

Clutter eats equity. Homes that are pre-packaged and have the “wow” factor, are priced right and staged to sell will sell more quickly and at, or closer to, asking price.

If your stager has a great eye and the ability to transform your home from “now to wow,” buyers will be impressed and will see themselves living there.
