Window restoration: an alternative to replacing your windows

Updating your home’s old windows is one of the best investments a homeowner can make. Older homes have their own unique look and charm, but as time takes its toll, homeowners are forced to decide whether to repair or replace those old windows. Window restoration can be a great cost savings fix for those beautiful historic windows that have rotted or broken through the years. Have a restoration contractor come out and take a look before you decide to replace.

AWESOME video. Nice to know how they can replace rotted wood and keep the original looks. I'm seriously considering it now.

I would like to know more about this restoration process. It doesn't appear that the contractors are preserving the original muntins and separate window lights. SP
