Homeowners who didn’t take advantage of those big tax credits for energy-efficient home improvements in 2010 are getting another shot at the savings.

You have to be kidding; I was expecting 7 things a person could get a tax credit for but it was just a video saying get paperwork?!??? And why did it kick me back to the sign-up page (and that's happened before when I click on something, I just get kicked back to the sign-up page).
