There are several options for teeth whitening available. One option growing in popularity you can do right at home.  A teeth whitening tray is made uniquely for you by your dentist.  Check with your dentist to see if this option is right for you.

Dr Jeffrey Linderman, Jeffrey Linderman, DDS PC:  “Our system is either Night White or Day White.  We use Day White.  And these are the syringes.  They have an A and a B.  We have a tip here that goes on and when you squeeze the lever forward.  It mixes the chemicals together and that’s what you put on the trays.  It’s very flexible.  It really is very comfortable.  You can wear them to a meeting talking to people, and people do not know that you even have them on.  And we show them how to use the kit, how to use the solution, and it’s usually on the outside of the tray, just a little dollop on here, and then they push that on the teeth, and they keep it on for 15 minutes.  And then sometime later in the day or in the evening, they do another 15 minutes.”
