The steel wood shake profile roof on this house not only comes with a 20-year workmanship warranty, but it also carries a 50-year product warranry.

The Indianapolis-area roofing contractors installed the roof, full ridge vents on both peaks of the house and gutter guards around the entire house.

The homeowner says the original price of $11,021 was reduced to $9,521 after an energy tax credit.
