Energy-saving options abound in today’s heating and air conditioning systems.

How Angie's List works:
1. As a member, sign in to AngiesList.com to find a highly rated service company.
2. Read detailed reports on specific service companies from other members in your area.
3. Make an informed hiring decision and report your own experiences.
Oh, and service companies can't self-report or buy their way onto the List. (We get that question a lot and dedicate and extraordinary amount of time and effort to prevent it.)
Angie's List members receive:
• Access to thousands of local reports across more than 300 service categories.
• Subscription to our award-winning Angie's List Magazine. • Penalty Box to see which companies aren't pulling their weight. • Complaint resolution should a problem arise with a company.
• Coupons from highly rated service companies.
• Discounts to local museums, concerts and sporting events.

Description of Work: The air conditioner conked out, and they fixed it. They also checked my furnace.

Overall: F
Price: C
Quality: F
Responsiveness: F
Punctuality: F
Professionalism: D
Cost: $5,000
Description of Work: Removed old heat pump/central air system and installed a new one.
Member Comments: The system was installed incorrectly and didn't work from the beginning. Each subsequent technician said the previous guy didn't do something right. And their "customer service" is terrible. They don't show up when they say they will, and they don't call you to tell you they're not showing up. Owner won't respond. He has our money.
