"The floor was badly stained with an unknown substance. They sanded and the stains remained. We consulted and decided to try staining the floor with the stain that seemed closest to the color of the unknown stains. This worked pretty well. It all took somewhat longer than I expected. They originally told me they would be able to do it in 3 days. It ultimately was done over a period of several weeks. But the end result was very good. The original stains were not completely gone, but looked much, much better. I appreciated their flexibility and willingness to try with a stain that was unknown. Their price was also very good."
