We didn't specify a date to have him begin, but he started the work about 2 months after we called him. If we'd been in a rush I expect he would have started sooner. He has ...more good eyes for matching paint & was patient about us changing our mind on front door color. He found some rotted wood & helped us find a carpenter to get it repaired. He is reliable & trustworthy & had access to our home when we were at work. I expect his prices are competitive but we've been so happy with his work over the years that we didn't get bids. He took about 2 weeks (there were a couple rainy days) to complete the work. He isn't obtrusive, is available by his cell phone & is good about communicating when he is coming and going."

"The work was terrible. These people have no idea what they are doing. They completely destroyed our home. Sloppy painting, floors installed improperly. Not to mention physical threats when we fired them. If you care about your home, do not hire this company."
