"They said they would cover all the furniture with plastic to keep the dust off. Not only did they not properly cover the furniture, they broke a desk while moving the furniture. In addition, a friend who was living in the basement temporarily was not able to locate her passport after the work was completed. I requested different workers half-way through ...more the job. They supposedly sent their most experienced team, who did incredible damage to the baseboards and floors and left everything a complete mess. I called the president of the company who said he would come out, but after calling him two or three times to schedule a visit and him not returning my calls, I gave up. To top it off, it appears I have moisture in the walls once again and need to call ANOTHER company to come check it out. I would never hire this company again."
