Snow Removal reviews in Washington DC

Their service excellent. They are the best. They are trustworthy and we can leave the house and they will lock it up behind them. The price is based on the size of your home, the rooms and other things too. They will do anything and everything. They have offered to do snow shoveling and going to the grocery store for me too.

Rich sent a variety of drivers to plow my driveway last winter (2014-2015). Some were careful and thorough. Others were quick and did the minimum. All did show up as promised on the snow days.
One driver plowed into a bush at the side of my yard and split it down the middle of the . I took pictures and informed Rich of ...More the incident, indicating that once snow had melted we could see the extent of the damage. In the spring he sent out and the driver that had damaged the bush. Following that visit I communicated with Rich and proposed that the bush be moved to a different spot if it survived as it was unsightly in its current 360 degree view location. One side had been torn off and I thought if it were placed where that side were not visible it could still add to the landscape. He agreed. However, the bush did not survive. The damage to the caused it to die. I removed it and purchased another bush placing the new bush nearby but in a slightly different location.
When Rich sent me a contract for this year, I replied that I would contract with him if he accepted a $75 reduction in this year's cost given the costs I incurred to remove and replace the bush. I spent $50 on the new bush and $50 for planting. I removed the dead bush with my neighbors help at no charge.
Rich now denies any responsibility for the bush and has not submitted payment to date for it.

we've used throughout the summer to cut grass off and on (a very reasonable $35 for 1/4 acre). Only down side was the fall leaf removal. They did a great job for $125, but gave me the impression that the 125 covered an initial removal and then a final one, once all the leaves fell. Well they did the initial, then said ...More it would be another 125 to come finish a couple weeks later (turned that down and did it ourselves). But we have also used them to trim trees, remove old concrete and more.

Overall things went well. The spring clean-up, edging and mulching looked great. Weekly mowing's were professional and well done and tree/shrub trimming looked great. In the midst of fall leaf clean-up now and so far it looks great. Also was able to schedule aeration and over seeding. It's obvious that he takes pride in work because the work ...More that is done is done very well.

We had HOOP come out to cut poison ivy vines around our yard and spray to undergrowth along edges of the property. did this (unpleasant) job and we were glad to have him help us out. We'll have him back to spray again in May to hopefully avoid having so much poison ivy again next spring/summer.
...More /> We also ordered a load of fill dirt from Hoop. No one showed at the time it was first scheduled to be delivered, but we called and it was rescheduled for the following Monday and it was delivered without problem at that time. Their price on the fill dirt was as good as any around. Despite this hiccup, we would still use them again.

I love this business! My aunt has used them for years and referred me to them. I paid extra the first time they came by because they cleaned up several garden beds, removed all debris, etc. They came every week from May throughout Oct. and were very professional. A few times I was home, I asked them to move heavy items to the and tipped them.
- Katie J.

We called after we found them online. After a brief phone conversation we decided to have someone come sit with us and give an estimate. who is the owner came by at 3 pm as discussed and took his time explaining our options. We told him our budget was around $40,000. We wanted new cherry wood floors, stainless ...More steel appliances and a pantry with expandable shelving. The total time from tear down to finish was 4 days. They also included an island with room for 4 stools. Everything total came in just a tad under $35,000. Our kitchen looks GORGEOUS! We couldn't be happier, we totally recommend .

Highly recommend... He is my go to man for plowing...however i would not hesitate to call him for any work i need. I am confident the results would meet or beat my expectations.
