I couldn't be more pleased. 4Fast was quick to respond to my initial issue (sewer line backup), arrived on time, and quickly cleared the line. They also scoped the line as part of the included work and provided me with a description of why the line backed up, provided a quote for repair, and helped me understand other options I could explore to delay the repair or reduce the cost. After speaking to a few more plumbers to get competitive quotes, I realized that 4Fast was going to be the fastest company to work with (other companies quoted timelines double and triple what 4Fast quoted) as well as providing a very reasonable quote. They also assisted me in recommending a flooring company to remove/reinstall/refinish the original flooring in my DC row house so the work could proceed. When I decided to engage them for the the work, they were fast and efficient and completed the project within the quoted timeframe and for the quoted amount. They were careful to protect the surrounding areas and left everything cleaner than it was. Very happy and would recommend to anyone.

and the team from Jiffy were top notch. we've lived in our row house for about a month; the developer who renovated it made some major mistakes in the plumbing system, particularly in improperly constructing and grading the main sewer line; a problem that resulted in a significant blockage in the line.
We had another Angie's List plumber come to snake our sewer line and diagnose the problem. He quoted us a price that was 2x the cost estimated by our home insurance adjuster; moreover, that plumber immediately came into our house and pointed out 3-4 other things that he felt hadn't been done properly with the plumbing. I called Jiffy to give a second opinion and get a comparable quote.

came over on a Saturday afternoon to assess our situation and provide us with an estimate; he checked out a few of the other things and reassured us that while not perfect, they did not present immediate issues that required repair. The price

quoted was approximately $2500 less than the other Angie's List plumber for the same job, and basically in line with what our insurance team suggested the job should cost.
Ultimately, the job required a much more extensive repair that doubled our final bill. However,

was extremely specific in explaining exactly why the larger repair needed to be done, exactly what he planned to do to fix it, and quoted a very reasonable price for the remaining work.

came by our house to oversee the job every morning before the team got to work; I felt confident trusting his judgment, and our insurance adjuster agreed with his assessment that the repair was necessary. His team,

They did a great job cleaning up and the plumbing/sewer system now works like a charm. I definitely recommend the team and will call Jiffy again if we have any further plumbing issues with our house!

I am happy with the service. They show up on time. Since I have known them for years, I can talk to the guy and he'll make sure I've done everything first before they send a guy out. They come when they say they will. They are excellent.

The toilet was leaking water all over the bathroom floor. I called them and had somebody go to the house to wait for them and let them in and they fixed the toilet and reset the pressure in the water tank. They found that the whole house water filter were on whale water was clogged. They also found that the sewer pipe was backed up going into the septic tank. They replace the whole house water filter and thats the filter coming off the whale. Part of the problem with the water pressure was that the water was having a hard time getting into the house from the whale. They replaced that and they came back a couple days later and fixed the sewer backup going back up in the septic tank. They did all of this long distance which was amazing. I can't even tell you how pleased I was. It was a life saver and moving my mother home from rehabilitation and the rehabilitation people strongly suggested she go to a nursing home next stop because of family pressures we started to take her back home to her house.

The plumber called ahead and arrived early, quickly analyzed my problem, and explained each solution with the cost for each. He was quick, explained the problem and how to prevent the problem in the future. I would do business with them if god forbid I have a problem like this again.

It seemed to go fine at first, but the sewer line clogged again the next week. We called them back to tell them what had happened, and they said they would have to charge us again to come out a second time. They said they never guarantee their work unclogging sewer lines because anything (like growing tree roots) could clog them again. While I would agree that they can't guarantee this service forever -- a week later? Come on. To me, this indicates that they did a poor job, and won't stand behind their work at all.

Technician called before coming over to determine what the problem was and indicated that the clogged sewer line was a two-man job. Both employees were competent and efficient. The cost estimate included time to tape/clean up our bathroom to avoid a mess when snaking the line, which the plumber indicated would be difficult. Then he found access to the sewer line through our utility closet, which required very little prep/clean-up. I asked about a discount for the easier job and was told that the price was firm. The job was done correctly and quickly in less than 1.5 hours total (two men). If this problem happens again, I will call for estimates for the specific issue.

I have had 3 different companies out to resolve a sewer leak smell. I specifically requested a Spartan plumber skilled in sewer gas detection. The plumber was to be there first thing, I called to find out where he was and the dispatcher said he must have stopped for breakfast. When he finally arrived, he asked a few questions, didn't seem all that interested, but after I asked if he could do some of the tests I read about on line, he said he could try the peppermint test. They checked one drain, but nothing happened. The Spartan plumber said he wanted to call someone for help. He went to the truck and then sent in the helper with my bill. I called the office to complain that their efforts were insufficient. The supervisor agreed they should have checked the roof vents like I asked. He agreed the would come back on Friday. That visit was canceled due to rain. Today I was told they can't go on a 3rd story roof (my house is 2 stories & I have a roof deck with easy access).

The company arrived on time and performed the basic service. However, there was no insight provided as to the nature of the problem. The inspection stopped when the plumber felt that further inspection would yield no more information. I was left with a bill and description that said "found separation of pipe at 60 feet." I was then advised that replacement of the sewer line was best coarse of action. Upon getting a second opinion and a rescope of the line it was determined that the running trap at my property line needed cleaning which ultimately solved the problem. No separation found. Following Spartan's advice would have cost me upwards of $10,000.00. Problem was solved by
