"In the past he did a lot of interior painting for us and he did a really nice job and got it done quickly too. It was all a little floppier this time than it has been in the past. I think he farmed out part of the job to some subcontractor who didn’t do a good job on the painting. The shelf that they installed was uneven and was not done correctly. I would use their service in the future."

"The project from start to finish went very, very well. The crew was very well directed and supervised. The crew was cordial, and everyday they would make sure to clean up the work site from any trash and debris. The crew seemed detailed in their work, something I really appreciated, considering the house had not been painted in over 15 years. The crew was prompt every day. "Absolutely wonderful. First, I must say that my house is a rental & I don't live in Seattle, I live across the country! Geoff & get an A++ in professionalism, responsive communication & attention to detail. The estimate they sent me was thorough & detailed what needed to be done. They even gave me options, depending on what I wanted to spend! They communicated with me by email & phone during the project. I should also say, that they were very respectful of my renter & communicated & coordinated with her schedule. During the project, they discovered that some additional work was needed. They helped to coordinate that! I definitely plan to use them again when the interior has to be done. I can't thank them enough for their fine work!"

"After getting 4 estimates (3 from Angie's List), came in with the best estimate. They also referred me to an excellent design consultant, Bright Design Group, to help select the colors and designs for many of the intricate details in a House. Once painting started, the painters covered all shrubs with cloth and cleaned up after each day. As contracted, the painters also painted all iron work on the property. I am very pleased with the overall outcome."

"Estimates for the job varied greatly, with the highest approaching $12000. In some cases the estimate seemed to be more a reflection of what the painter thought he could charge (in a neighborhood that has become pricier over the years) than the actual work that would be performed, which was the same in all cases. was direct in laying out what he would do and what would be included in the estimate. (The carpentry repairs were included in his estimate, while some others stipulated it would be added on a time and material basis.) He was prompt in responding to phone calls, came on time for the scheduled visit to estimate the job and emailed the written estimate shortly thereafter. With a crew of four or five the work took five days to complete, although nearly a week of rain delayed things in between. It looks wonderful."

"So for the $1445 we got a washed and stained deck (not even a big deck - <400 sq ft) and a lot of damage. We had to buy all new plants, and had to have someone else come and finish staining the fence. He said several times that it was important to him to get a good report on Angie's List. I wish he wanted that more. I also wish I had the time to him, but it's just not worth it to us for that kind of money."
