on a regular basis. Sometimes I am out of town on business and sometimes I just am running later during the week. I call Dawn and she lets me know if she or an assistant can come out. I have used her for about six years now. She loves animals and always leaves me a note and reciept. If I am out of town, she will text me and let me know how things are going. A couple times she has called me (when she could not find a cat that was hiding) or if she had questions. I really appreciate what she does and she knows how important my pets are to me. when I am gone longer, she will often water plants, feed fish or fill my birdfeeders outside. She is really great and does whatever I ask her to do for the pets. I am extremely security conscious and she always resets my alarm, ensures that there is no mail in the box and packages are brought in. she contacts me with any concerns. I have had seven petsitters in various places I have lived, and Dawn is the BEST."

"Everything went fine. I even had a minor flood from rain coming in the basement door they tried to mop up. The cats were happy and fed and they paid attention to them while they came over, trimming claws and brushing them. I once had to call at the last minute but they took care of me. "

I requested that she come twice a day, prepare the food in a specific way. She did not do any of the things I had requested to my satisfaction. She called us at the hospital to find out what to do.
