"I just moved here so I was not in a particular hurry to get the renovation done. Being flexible works best with this company because they are small and so busy. Once we got scheduled (which was several months) the actual work took about 4 weeks; would have been shorter but one of the cabinets came in with the wrong dimension. ...more was very thoughtful about leaving the old fridge for as long as possible so I could live in the apt. He was also very patient when I decided I didn't like the wood floor and he had to pull up the half he started and replace with tile. The quality of the work is outstanding and I have complete faith in their reliability on things like plumbing and electrical. The crew was exceedingly polite and received great praise from my building manager for being very cooperative on things like parking and cleanup. They kept my apartment clean and neat during the process and they paid attention to little details. I would highly recommend Holdfast Inc. and would hire them again myself. It was fun working with them. There are times in any renovation when things get tense because big decisions have to be made and big sums of money get laid out.
