Punctuality - Poor. We had agreed upon services being rendered every two weeks. Lawn would go more than two weeks without being serviced.
Following Instructions - Poor. I made it clear that I wanted my lawn clippings to be bagged and this was not followed until I complained in person (usually done through e-mail or text). Even my neighbor (bless her heart) complained that he wasn't bagging.
Damage - The final straw was a lack of care when edging where several of my plants were destroyed. I sent video and photographic evidence of this to Mr.

Their price was very fair compared to others and his minimum was also very low. This was important to me because for many companies, my yard is so small it's below their minimum.
Everything looked great after the crew was done and theyconfirmed with me that there was nothing else I wanted them to do before I left.
They are a great company and I've even already scheduled them for my father's house.
I will note that the Angie's List deal that they were offering did backlog them a bit. It did not seem they were ready for the demand that the deal generated. It did take them a little while to get back to me, but they did everything in their power to accommodate me (including coming out on their day off because it was better for my schedule).
Called an left message on Monday to inquire about the cost of services (lawn care on a reoccurring basis). Next day received a text from the owner asking for my address and my email.
No additional info for 3+ days. I reply to his last text and ask when I could expect a quote, reply said "who is this, please." I repeated my name and address. An hour goes by, no reply.
I reply again and say "If you are not interested that is fine, but please let me know so I can pursue other options, thanks."
Reply (exact quote): "pursue other options!"

What an odd experience?! I am still not clear on what exactly happened, but either way, very poor customer service. How hard would have it been to reply and say he was too busy, my yard is too small, too far away from his house, or whatever.
We think we're the best, and we can prove it.
