"It went very well.
Washington Insulation Contractors Provider Name Locked
is experienced in dealing with the oddities of older structures. The owner performed the estimate and didn't shy away from the oddities of my home.
The crew arrived the next day and insulated roughly half of the area we had planned. The owner and I are discussing creative means of completing the project.

I chose
Washington Insulation Contractors Provider Name Locked
because of their excellent reviews in Angies List. They showed up on time and gave me a fair estimate. The frozen pipes had been repaired by a plumber but they were now exposed to the elements without insulation. The pipes would freeze again within 48 hours unless proper insulation and ceiling repair was completed.
Washington Insulation Contractors Provider Name Locked
, the owner of the company, was the one who came over and gave me the estimate. Recognizing my problem, he brought a crew over to complete my work on the same day that he made the estimate. They did an excellent job in a timely manner. Based on the above, I would give my highest recommendation to
Washington Insulation Contractors Provider Name Locked
and his crew at

and his crew arrived on time as scheduled, and promptly went about preparing for the job. They quickly put down drop cloths in the entry way to protect my hardwood floors, then hauled the materials upstairs to the attic. The work order called for them to remove old insulation that was falling down from the rafters and replace it with new. They also installed "highly reflective" sheeting/insulation over the entire area - about 70'.
The crew was fast, efficient and very thorough... and left the attic cleaner than they found it! I was amazed at the quality of the work and the overall results were beautiful! Because the reflective insulation/sheeting is a silver foil it reflects light and really makes the crawl space look clean and "less creepy".
i am extremely happy with the work that

did for me and I highly recommend them - Thanks

"I was interviewing three design companies for a new fairly large porch and patio remodel. We had a budget of approx 80,000.00and since have signed with another company to do the work for us. We called loft construction and the person answering the phone was very nice, she followed up with me in a timely manner. She recommended that I wait for a particular person to do the estimate on my job. I was ok with this since it was only two weeks. I called to set up the actual time and he arrived on time. I explained to him as well as showed him our plans to have a new large stoned porch below with a deck above which already has access from two of our back bedrooms. I thought to myself this is kind of strange he's not taking any measurements or anything. I thought maybe this was just our first initial meeting and he would follow up with a more detailed plan. We talked about everything from Hawaii he lived in Maui etc. He told me he would give a rough estimate. He seemed polite enough I walked him to the front door and he said to me as he walked down the front walkway. "Keep dreaming". It struck me as very strange I wasn't sure what he was talking about. He never followed up and never called. I never called them back because the more I thought about I felt maybe he thought we didn't have the money for the project. I am still not sure. we've signed a contract with another company for a total tear down and build up of a new lower stoned porch as well as upper decking etc. my best advice is to always get at least four estimates for any job. Prices and quality varies greatly. I would not ever recommend a company or someone who judges a book by there cover.

"The provider was extremely responsive, professional, helpful, and friendly. He returned my call promptly, gave me a quote, and even gave me instructions on DIY approaches, in case I wanted to go that route. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience, and when I move forward with the project, I will absolutely use

"My experience with
Washington Insulation Contractors Provider Name Locked
At Home Services began fairly wonderful. The salesman
Washington Insulation Contractors Provider Name Locked
was on time, knowledgeable, and provided a competitive price. It was AFTER the sale that everything went down hill. The installation team was a no show, no call for TWO appointments. The 1800 number was an absolute disaster and no one seemed to care. I reached out to our salesman and he response was 'I don't know what to say.' I've dealt with a lot of bad contractors, but Home Depot takes the cake! I'm on two months after purchasing insulation and it's still not installed!

"This vendor never wanted to honor the Angie's List deal, as a result he would not schedule an appointment.
Although I offered to wait he would not.
He should be removed from the list

"Hi Everyone,
My husband and I bought our first home together in the Capitol Hill area. It was definitely a "Fixer-Upper" because that's all we could afford. We wanted to get started right away so we got some permits for the demo work and had contractors come by to give us estimates. Out of all of the contractors taking a look at the job, Angel was the only one to take some time to educate us on how to properly protect ourselves from toxic materials while we were working. He was definitely concerned for our safety even before we picked him as our contractor and that really set him apart from the rest at the start.
He always gave us his best possible pricing. He was evening willing to quote us for different phases of the work so that we could do some of it ourselves. That not only made it more affordable for us but also let us take part in the building of our dream home. At every step, would always remind us that if we wanted someone else to do the next phase or concurrent phases, he would be more than happy to work with other contractors. He never pressured us into making a choice to stick with him for everything. He always recommended we could shop around for better prices and he would never be offended. He was just hoping to make the process as
Washington Insulation Contractors Provider Name Locked
and easy as possible for us. And that truly did make a huge difference.
Angel would call us at the end of each day and let us know the progress that happened that day and asked us if we had any questions. He would keep us up to date on when the inspections were scheduled and how the inspections went, each time he would show us the inspectors comments on the sheet so that we knew everything was going well. He would also ask us to visit the site to come see the work. From time to time, he would need feedback from us on how to proceed with certain obstacles and he would always layout all the options equally and let us choose freely. He would never push an option just because it was the quick & easy solution for him. I was truly amazed at all the personal attention he would give us, between sending us photos, text and email updates and calls in the evening. It was outstanding service and attention. In fact, even when we send email questions, he'd prefer to respond in phone calls to make sure he clearly answered each question. He was reachable at almost anytime by text, email or phone. He was even answering questions while he was on his vacation, talk about dedication :)
At the end of the day, his team would leave the site immaculately clean and organized. Before going into the renovation, I read a book by
Washington Insulation Contractors Provider Name Locked
and he said that one big indicator between a bad contractor and good one is that a good one will always clean up to make sure the site is safe and a bad one will not take the time to clean. Angel and his team would always go above and beyond in terms of keeping the site clean and safe.
My neighbor came to check on the work because he also had a similar row house and he wanted to see what it looked under the plaster & lath. He said he was very impressed with Angel's work and courtesy. He also said that Angel was very conscientious in terms of noise levels and only working during regular hours.
The quality of his work was also incredible. All the electrical, and plumbing and framing and drywall work was done expertly. Even though it is 100 year old house that has shifted and settled at weird
Washington Insulation Contractors Provider Name Locked
over the years, he was still able to make an almost perfectly square house.
We are definitely planning on working with Angel on any future project and we highly recommend him to everyone in the DC and Virginia area.

"This is a very professional small business. The owner returned my call on the weekend on the same day I called. He scheduled an estimate the following afternoon (Sunday) and completed the insulation job the following day (Monday). It was such a quick and efficient turnaround. He also gave great advice in terms of type of insulation, how long it would last, and where it would be appropriate for my needs in the home. He's easy to work with and also goes out of his way to not only do his job but also made minor fixes around the house as his guys worked. He sent photos of the work, so I could see the different stages of the insulation. I would highly recommend
Washington Insulation Contractors Provider Name Locked
. They did an excellent job!

"I received an energy audit for my 100 year old home through the DC Home
free audits. They were really responsive. Fantastic education on what
the best way to improve the energy efficiency of our home, and a really
great step by step plan for what things to tackle first.
