When my instructions caused an error that they couldn't at the beginning (bad choice of paint color or, please, just one more speaker outlet), they re-did the job without fuss or expense. I am still finding little unasked-for favors that they did: a repaired door handle, cleaned up grouting, a new wall switch, a hatch to seal and protect the attic skylight. The electrical work was flawless and the painting and plastering to cover the holes was so good that I decided to have them paint the whole interior. The roof has never been so water-tight or the gutters so free-flowing. The new fixtures in both bathrooms were installed exactly as I wanted.
