The designer stressed the company's commitment to quality, both quality of service and the products they build and install. We were very impressed with the materials and methods CA uses. We were also impressed with their commitment to customer service and their high ratings both here and through their regular surveys.
Installation was fast. The installer arrived right on time, set up his work space, and got to work. The whole pantry was installed and cleaned within 2 hours. He took the time to demonstrate how it was installed and to ensure we had no questions. He left the space even cleaner than he found it!
We selected CA for several reasons: reputation here on Angie's List, reviews from members, quality of the materials, and the fact that they are a local business. We did not select them for price but felt that, as much use as our pantry will get, we would rather have a high quality, well-made product from a company that takes its commitment to customer satisfaction seriously.
She's very nice to work with and goes above the call of duty. When we discovered major leaking in my bedroom, she stayed late to move furniture out of harm's way so it wouldn't get damaged by water.
I would definitely hire her again.
Prices seem in line with other organizers I have spoken to-- not cheap, but the industry standard. Worth the money to have a professional help keep your home neat and organized.

She not only helped me sort the items that needed to be packed in order to de-clutter the house, but she also helped me identify items I wanted to donate and the things I just needed to trash. The result is a house that is ready to show and my future move more than half way completed. Of special note is her strategic partnership with various organizations that will accept donations -- organizations that I can fully support.
I will look to call on her again as I finish preparing to move across country within the next couple of months.
Organizing and un-cluttering a home It is hard and many times not fun dirty work but they were not only willing to roll up their sleeves but go above and beyond. They helped us sell, donate, and haul away the old and buy and bring in the new organization methods.
My debt to this company is more than just as a contractor, it is a personal gratitude because of the way they helped us through hard times and also helped us develop new life practices to lead more clutter free, organized, and non-stressed life. I don't wonder where the scissors or keys are anymore because it was set up from day one to stay in and return to a place and it has now for years. I do not have 3 sets of carrot peelers because I only need one. Getting rid of stuff and only having the stuff I need and really has sentimental value to me was a freeing experience on a personal level. don't leave your mess for someone else to clean up after your gone or for the next move, clean up your own with their help, and it will free you to be able to spend your time doing more productive and enjoyable things.
This is so much more than just hiring people to haul away stuff, or just cleaning out a closet. This is not your typical organization company by any means. I refer to it as a personal work out guru for organizing and cleaning your life.
I was impressed that he was totally computerized and that I could "see" my proposed garage design immediately. The design program is integrated with the price list, so it was easy to modify the design to fit my budget. There wasn't any high pressure tactic to push me to spend more (although I did end up spending a bit more because the flooring options were so enticing!).
The wall cladding crew was separate from the floor finishing crew (two installation dates about a month apart). The wall unit installation crew was on the job before 8am and worked through the adversity of an unexpected power outage (I was able to get generators for them). GarageTek offers a very convenient service of hauling away any unwanted items from your garage; they only ask that you inventory and separate "keep" from "toss".
The floor finishing crew also arrived before 8am and got right to work. They clearly explained how long I'd need to stay off the flooring; I just locked up the house and left them there to finish. When I came home, they had very conscientiously propped my garage door open to keep it off the fresh finish--and I got telephone follow-up explaining how the job went and reminding me how long to allow it to cure.
I am VERY pleased with the transformation of my garage; it actually feels like a real "room" now, and I smile every time I pull in or out! It feels clean, organized and efficient.
