designed, built, and installed a custom pantry in our kitchen. Starting from the moment I clicked SEND on my inquiry, CA has been super responsive. A representative called me literally within minutes of submitting my request for a quote and managers stayed in touch throughout the process. A designer came to my house and spent nearly 4 hours with us. She looked at two spaces we wanted remodeled. We talked about the functionality of the space and ways we could maximize it to afford as much storage as possible. She created two designs there on the spot, both of which more than met our expectations. The quoted price as a little higher than we'd anticipated but, for the quality of the materials, we felt it was worth it.
The designer stressed the company's commitment to quality, both quality of service and the products they build and install. We were very impressed with the materials and methods CA uses. We were also impressed with their commitment to customer service and their high ratings both here and through their regular surveys.
Installation was fast. The installer arrived right on time, set up his work space, and got to work. The whole pantry was installed and cleaned within 2 hours. He took the time to demonstrate how it was installed and to ensure we had no questions. He left the space even cleaner than he found it!
We selected CA for several reasons: reputation here on Angie's List, reviews from members, quality of the materials, and the fact that they are a local business. We did not select them for price but felt that, as much use as our pantry will get, we would rather have a high quality, well-made product from a company that takes its commitment to customer satisfaction seriously.

He helped sort through my mess, and gave me things to look at in a logical fashion, and helped me make rationale decisions on what to keep vs. toss. And he color coded my files! He also has given me invaluable tips on how to make life easier through the computer/cloud.

is very pleasant to work with. She is very friendly, respectful, and professional. She helped unpack my dining room, as well as many clothes from suitcases into my closet. The most helpful aspect was getting all of my clothes sorted out and weeding out the ones I really didn't wear anymore. She was delicate about it, but would certainly help decide if it was time for something to go.
She's very nice to work with and goes above the call of duty. When we discovered major leaking in my bedroom, she stayed late to move furniture out of harm's way so it wouldn't get damaged by water.
I would definitely hire her again.
Prices seem in line with other organizers I have spoken to-- not cheap, but the industry standard. Worth the money to have a professional help keep your home neat and organized.
"It went perfectly. The initial representative came by the house and talked about options. I wanted to redo my father's laundry room not his garage which was not an issue. The rep used a 3D imaging computer program to get exact measurements. He was very patient and not in a rush as we talked choices. I thought I would be able to get a couple walls and the floor done, but that would have been more than my budget allowed. The prices are high, but they work with you as much as possible. So, instead of the entire laundry room I had one wall redone with cabinets, shelves and a fold away table, and the storage space under the stairs(wall w/hooks and floor). The workers were prompt, polite, quick and relatively quiet, and they also cleaned up very well. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend

As others have mentioned in their review, Holly provides a complete service. She not only helped me sort the items that needed to be packed in order to de-clutter the house, but she also helped me identify items I wanted to donate and the things I just needed to trash. Organizing and un-cluttering a home It is hard and many times not fun dirty work but they were not only willing to roll up their sleeves but go above and beyond. They helped us sell, donate, and haul away the old and buy and bring in the new organization methods.

arrived on time and was very personable and efficient. He quickly measured my garage and interviewed me about my needs, expectations, hobbies, etc.
I was impressed that he was totally computerized and that I could "see" my proposed garage design immediately. The design program is integrated with the price list, so it was easy to modify the design to fit my budget. There wasn't any high pressure tactic to push me to spend more (although I did end up spending a bit more because the flooring options were so enticing!).
The wall cladding crew was separate from the floor finishing crew (two installation dates about a month apart). The wall unit installation crew was on the job before 8am and worked through the adversity of an unexpected power outage (I was able to get generators for them). GarageTek offers a very convenient service of hauling away any unwanted items from your garage; they only ask that you inventory and separate "keep" from "toss".
The floor finishing crew also arrived before 8am and got right to work. They clearly explained how long I'd need to stay off the flooring; I just locked up the house and left them there to finish. When I came home, they had very conscientiously propped my garage door open to keep it off the fresh finish--and I got telephone follow-up explaining how the job went and reminding me how long to allow it to cure.
I am VERY pleased with the transformation of my garage; it actually feels like a real "room" now, and I smile every time I pull in or out! It feels clean, organized and efficient.
