He also put up a wall between the bedroom and the sitting room upstairs creating a third small bedroom. He has got a very good work sense. He can do most of things by himself, but where he can't, he has a good network. I found him very reliable in recruiting someone for the work that he can't do. He has given me really good deals. Regarding the price, he is very reasonable. I am glad that we got him and I have used him basically for everything. I would use him in the future too."
