Foundation Repair Reviews in Washington

After years of water entering my basement, I reached out to an Angie's list provider, who proceeded to dig down to the footer of the house on the outside in an attemp to prevent water from entering the basement. I spent $2, 500. to get the job done on two corners of my outside wall, one side was successful, and no water came in, but the second side got worst and more water came into the basement after the work was done. The company who did the work, did the best they could and returned several times, trying to fix the problem without success.

I was at the end of my rope, and performed several water test myself, trying to figure out where the water was coming from. There was no resolve to the problem, and that is when All Aspect Waterproofing saved the day. I am
in writing this review but wanted to thank the team at All Aspect for doing an amazing job, but more importantly, standing behind their service. Big shout out to Rusty...thanks for walking me step by step through the process, and to
, whenever I called to ask a question, you never failed to respond. I would say, All Aspect Waterproofing is the
in he waterproofing business.

and his team are nothing short of fantastic! I cannot commend them and rave about them enough! I have used them now on two separate occasions. The first, in October, I had water leaking at into my basement at the back of my house (due to a very significant storm).
came out and evaluated the work, walked me through all of the details. It was not at all apparent what the source of the water leak might be - until they dug up the site. But,
completely put me at ease that once they underook the work, certain contingencies would be included within the scope of work - to assure that all issues would be addressed. It took a couple of weeks to get the project scheduled.
(the lead foreman) and his team descended, jackhammered my back patio, dug a trench, identified some obvious points whereby bricks were missing (or loose), and where mortar was missing. The work was completed within a day with a team of approximately 5 people. They were incredibly neat - and cleaned up the entire area upon completion.
But, why I am eternally grateful to
and his team... More recently, in December, I had some more significant flooding on the side of my house (due to my neighbor's contractor's faulty work).
came out within a day of my call to come and take a look at the project. It was not entirely apparent what could be the source/cause of the water. I was a bit overwhelmed and exasperated - with numerous contractors coming through to mitigate all of the damage.
was able to get me scheduled within two days - in advance of another storm. He is the nicest, kindest, most professional, courteous, all around wonderful contractor! (And, his prices for his scope of work are definitely less than other contractors. But, more than anything, I trust his judgement, his recommendations, and have full faith in the quality of his work.)
's team came out to dig an 8 foot trench and waterproofed the side of my house from the exterior. While they were there, I asked if they could check my neighbor's recent downspout installation (which was installed underground). They did - and were quickly able to determine the source of my leak. Without any hesitation or question (before I even knew the result of what they found),
and the team fixed the piping,
hammered cement, and laid new piping for my neighbor's project (which was the source of my water damage). I cannot begin to express my gratitude for
, and their team. They are second to none - and always do what's right to take care of the issue. They stand behind their work, and are so incredibly skilled. It is not always obvious where water can get into a basement, but,
's judgement is incredibly sound. And,
will take all of the time necessary to explain and walk through the process - and outlines all of the details in the scope of the contract, but certainly adjusts accordingly once the project begins. I could not be more grateful for the quick response and help on this occasion! I would have thrown any amount of money at the project to mitigate the water damage. But, based on my initial experience, knowing how incredible
and his team are, I would have waited weeks for them to undertake this second project - based on the quality of their work!
I would have no reservations recommending
and his team to anyone. They are incredible, reasonably priced (cheaper than competitors), very experienced, skilled, professional, and kind. In my estimation,
treats you more like family - knowing you are in great hands, and that you can trust their judgement and recommendations. He is the most honest, all around wonderful contractor! I would certainly use them for every project if they did more than waterproofing. But, in the case of water issues, they will be the first one that I call!

Foundation Repair reviews in Washington

Washington Foundation Repair Specialists Provider Name Locked
& Masonry immediately contacted us after w purchased the Deal to set up an appointment. The inspector,
Washington Foundation Repair Specialists Provider Name Locked
, arrived on time, was very friendly and informative. We had specific concerns about our foundation that he addressed in addition to the overall inspection. We were told that an estimate would be sent to us in about a week. We were very happy with the service we received, however, we are still awaiting an estimate even after emailing a reminder to the company.

UPDATE 11/20/13
We were finally sent an estimate which did NOT include half of the work that was discussed. I have since reached out numerous times asking for an estimate for the work we spoke about and have not received any response from anyone in the company. I can only guess that the person who came out for our estimate did not write it up right away (hence taking so long for the first partial estimate we were finally sent) and now cannot remember what we spoke about and the work he said he could do. I cannot comment on the quality of work but their inability to properly complete an estimate and respond to a potential customer is a bad sign.

Despite digging up the wrong side of the yard at first, he and his crew did an excellent job. Because of the

at the beginning,
Washington Foundation Repair Specialists Provider Name Locked
did some very kind favors gratis to make yard and entrance more attractive--mason work and whatnot. In addition to the excellent job they ended up doing,

has a great sense of humor. I would recommend.

My husband and I contracted with Dimensions Construction back in October 2011 to do a complete rehab of home due to age and needing to take in a

mother. Due to the nature of our circumstances, my husband and I did a second contract to build a two-story addition for us. Contractor was originally punctual for all prelimenary meetings before signing, however, that quickly changed once money was received. We immediately began having problems with him or his people showing up for work. Furthermore, although both my husband and I are both listed on the
Washington Foundation Repair Specialists Provider Name Locked
, he has continually dismissed me as a women, in preference for my husband and a male neighbor(who has no authority over my home). Also, he was supposed to obtain proper permits, but this was not done until an inspector showed up on my door step. The inspector fined him urged him to do the right thing for this project and for us as the homeowners. He then told me that he would return and if violations and permits were not taken care of, that he would fine us as the homeowners. The issue of his disrespectful attitude and lack of permits was promptly addressed to him. Although, he apologized he has continued with his unprofessional attitude toward me. I, don't know why we continued with him, I guess trying to give him the benefit of the doubt, but this was truly a mistake as he continued to show a host of undesirable and unprofessional characteristics. Some of, but not limited to, these things are: trying to inflate

contract price, pulling workers off job and demanding more money for items covered by contract (of which he verbally admitted to) or he said were no additional charge, blowing deadlines, keeping a messy worksite, trash in yard, inconveincing my neighbors (on the same side as our house), working on a neighbors house (right across the street!) but no one was working at my home, and the quality of work, some of which will have to be redone so that it meets code. We even hired an independant construction manager (a women!) to help expedite the project and keep thing on track, but to no avail this too has been a back and forth struggle. Unfortunately, we,(me, my husband, two boys and disabled mother) are still displaced from our home and are going into August 2012. He is not there working, nor are any of his people and it has now been several weeks and from all appearances has abandoned the job. If I could sum this up in a few words they would be, "Scam alert!!! Run like h***!"

I can't say enough good things about
Washington Foundation Repair Specialists Provider Name Locked
and his team. They were extremely professional, on time every day, installed a dust

that was very thorough, cleaned up every day, and finished the project on time.
Washington Foundation Repair Specialists Provider Name Locked
came by multiple times to adjust my quote at my request.
Washington Foundation Repair Specialists Provider Name Locked
was very honest, even talking me out of some work because it would be too costly.
Washington Foundation Repair Specialists Provider Name Locked
got an licensed engineer to sign off on the work that was done. The work was exquisite. Not a single crack in any of my old plaster wall. I would definately use them again.

The workers were truly professional.
Washington Foundation Repair Specialists Provider Name Locked
, the engineer assessed the problem. The subcontractor services, which was hired through them, were not that great. I did not feel they were professional. The billing was not done very well also. I felt the billing person was rude.

From the beginning, the company was efficient and skilfull. Mason, the owner/manager is very hands-on, well-organized and personable to work with. There were no delays and the quality of work was very good. I only got one other estimate, and
Washington Foundation Repair Specialists Provider Name Locked
was less expensive. The origin of the work was that a gap in my stone patio next to the kitchen, plus some mortar gaps elsewhere in the foundation, were letting rats enter the crawl space. The patio and foundation work sealed everything up, and I'm now rat-free. Hurrah.

They were great - easy to schedule, prompt for appt, and provided free estimate on foundation repair (a number of companies were unable to schedule an appt promptly and charged up to $250-300...even for estimate).

After a repair man, who turned out to be a crook, noticed significant wood rot in a floor joist of our 3 story town house, we looked for a structural engineer to inspect the floor joist and some other issues. We called
Washington Foundation Repair Specialists Provider Name Locked
based on the reviews here and I'm very glad we did. Unlike the contractor,
Washington Foundation Repair Specialists Provider Name Locked
was clearly not trying to sell a bag of goods. He told us what needed to be done, which turned out to be minor, and wrote up a report upon request. Even if you don't have a problem, I would recommend hiring
Washington Foundation Repair Specialists Provider Name Locked
to inspect your house or a house you may be buying for your own peace of mind.
