gave her a hard time about the insurance, even though it's not her policy (it's mine.) He browbeat her during the first treatment--hardly professional behavior. My wife and I have also tried contacting them, but all we get is their voicemail, with no follow-up. I'm guessing business is so good that customer service no longer matters.
We will attempt to try to find a more accommodating facility in the week or so we have left before she moves to Florida. Ironically, my wife didn't even use the Groupon that originally

us to this practice, so it's not like they were asked to provide service at a discount. We do not recommend using this facility!
"She has a both a PHD and MD in Dermatology so she is very knowledgeable and experienced. I really like her but I do not like the front office. The front desk is very brisk and rude, they put you on hold endlessly sometimes 10minutes or longer and you end up having to call them back to answer."
"I think he has a couple of offices. I found him on the list of providers from my insurance. He's really good but he's really fast. He's clearly overbooked, everytime I see him it's for a minute or two. He's very professional but you have to wrestle him if you have questions and things like that."
"She does a segment on the news station for dermatology and also teaches at Georgetown. Another dermatologist I know in my family even sends his tough cases to her. She is top of the line and has tons of knowledge. She is able to figure out what is wrong with you by just looking at you and speaking with you. Due to her recommendation I now take 5,000 IU of Vitamin D and I go to her once a year for a follow up and for some additional facial medication. She is a little bit more expensive but she is worth it and does not milk additional costs. It general cost around $180.00 for a consultation."

was fine. She seemed knowledgeable and competent. The only reason I did not give her an A was because she made a recommendation that seemed unnecessary to me. I believe she was just being overly-cautious, and I guess we generally want that in our doctors, but in this instance I thought it was unnecessary. "
"Tops in the field. This was a repeat visit as a cyst had returned as she had explained it could. This time she went deeper and took the entire germ. Bedside manner and staff are unbeatable. Post op instructions were superb, concise and thorough. Only problem was billing. Their bill contractor is a bit flaky to say the least. I received a bill from them following insurance settlement and paid it by check. Then I had the check returned as they had received another insurance payment, making my co-pay smaller. The same day I got my check returned from them, I also got a delinquency note from them telling me that I hadn't paid the bill. Unacceptable."
"She has been working thoroughly with me and has gotten my acne under control. She was recommended to me by a friend of mine who spoke very highly of her. I have been very pleased with her and I have just been thinking how fortunate I was to learn about her practice."

is professional, extremely knowledgeable and a good listener. He's very pleasant and helpful. I've been seeing him yearly for several years and have taken both of my daughters to see him. I highly recommend Dr.

was very nice. The practice is more geared towards beautification than medical dermatology, so I was a little hesitant when I arrived. Her PA was able to see me quickly, though, so I tried the office as other dermatologists told me it would be weeks to months before I could get in. I was in Dr.

' office twice trying to get rid of the rash I had near my eyes. Her first diagnosis and treatment did not cure my rash, but they were not inappropriate. On my second trip to see her, the second diagnosis was also wrong, and according to other dermatologists, the treatment was probably inappropriate. My real problem with Dr.

was her practice of only prescribing brand name medicines. As I found out with another dermatologist, my rash was treated with over-the-counter Cortizone-10 ointment. Dr.

only prescribes name brand drugs, though, and when I asked her about this, she insisted that she did not believe in writing generic drugs. The biggest problem with this for me was actually not the cost, but the fact that she gave me a designer steroid cream with a lot of secondary ingredients. I wound up having an even worse allergic reaction to those ingredients. There was no reason to prescribe an expensive name brand cream when there is a safe over-the-counter product with only 2 ingredients (the steroid and petrolatum). For someone having an allergic reaction, the fewer the ingredients the better. You would think that a dermatologist would understand this. On my second visit, she also tried to prescribe me a name-brand antibiotic, instead of a cheap and equivalent generic. With no benefit in dosing frequency or efficacy, I was bewildered that she wanted to use an expensive name brand equivalent, so I insisted on her writing a generic. She did relent and wrote the generic version, but I was floored when she told me that she just doesn't believe in using generics. Overall, she and her PA were both very nice. Dr.

' PA made a comment that gave me reduced confidence in the PA's medical abilities (I'm a pharmacist and she made an incorrect statment about an antibiotic). She was unable to resolve my allergic reaction so I wound up going to another dermatologist that was great. My last comment is that Dr.

' reception staff was just plain rude. They did not

me when I came in, they didn't acknowledge that I had signed-in or gave me any idea of my wait time, there were no pleasantries or smiles when they took my insurance card, etc. They seem to be miserable or overworked or both, but I wouldn't' go back just for that reason alone.
"This practice receives mediocre to bad reviews when you google it, but I don't know why. As a first time patient, I called the office and was able to get in the next day--albeit with the physician's assistant,
