"I started using on the suggestion of my periodontist. I've been using Dr. now for 18 months; he's fitted me for a crown, and I've had 3 cleanings done, now, at 6-month intervals. The cleanings are done by assistants. ALL are wonderful. They're professional, not preachy (c'mon, do you ALL floss as religiously ...more as you should?), but encouraging of good habits, and highly skilled. They want to know if they're causing pain or discomfort so they can fix it. This is the first dental office where I don't cringe at the thought of going. Can't say enough good things. They even have some Saturday hours, which is important to me because I travel for work every week (literally)."

Her receptionist is very helpful as well and is great about calling approximatly 5 months after a visit in order to schedule the next appointment. She then follows-up again the day before the appointment to confirm. My next appointment with her is in one week - and I'm looking forward to it!"

When I asked questions, he told me in a not very courteous manner that I should listen to what he had to say and then ask questions when he was done. That may be a reasonable request, but not the way he said it. "I've been seeing since 1989 for a good reason. He's great! He always thoroughly explains what he's going to do and why. He's always sensitive to my needs and budget. He always notices when I'm uncomfortable even when my mouth is clogged with tools and cotton. Most recently he gave me a crown on a back molar in 2 sessions. He immediately recommended an endontic specialist for a root canal who saw me the next day and when the job was finished,

sealed up the crown for no extra charge - all part of the job. He and his staff are always pleasant and professional even with my sometimes erratic schedule"

Some of the office staff are very helpful and very nice, but some are less so. I have never had any issues with the billing, but they have requested that we pay when we are there."
