"Nov. 4, 2015: Purchased a
Elite refrigerator. Delivery scheduled for 9-9-15. At time of purchase I specified and the sales person, "
" ," agreed to the following: 1.install new refrigerator in kitchen 2. move old refrigerator to basement 3. remove basement freezer. Nov. 9. 2015: Delivery truck arrives on time. Upon inspection the delivery person found a saddle valve under the kitchen sick needed to be replaced before hooking up refrigerator. The driver asked that they leave the refrigerator in my garage. They would try to return that night to install or
would reschedule a team to install. I agreed to leaving the refrigerator in my garage thinking it would be no more than 24 hours. Nov. 9, evening: Delivery driver was not going to be able to return. I called
and asked for a team to install the refrigerator and make necessary moves. Nov. 10: Team 2 arrives from Liberty Trucking. When I told them what
agreed to about moving the refrigerators and freezer they said, "that ain't happening, we don't do that." I explained
agreed to it and he responded he didn't care, didn't know why
agreed to that, and they weren't doing it. He gave me his managers name and number. I called him and he said the same thing. Overall their demeanor was disrespectful and flipant. I told them to leave, that I was calling
to pick up the refrigerator because I no longer wanted it. I was not having that team take the refrigerator because I had had enough of their disrespect. I called
Home Delivery and was told a team would be back to pick up the refrigerator that day. By 5:30 pm no one had shown up to pick up the refrigerator. I called
Home Delivery to let them know no one had come back and that I was not going to be responsible any longer. They agreed and told me there were 3 deliveries ahead of mine and the truck just broke down. Today is Nov. 11. My husband called
Home Delivery to get a time frame a truck would be back to get the refrigerator. He was told it would be Monday at the earliest. I expect you see my why I am angry and want nothing more to do with
. Throughout this entire debacle, I was given wrong telephone numbers to call, given conflicting information between your store and Home Delivery. EVERYONE at Home Delivery was hard to understand and we had to repeat the entire store over and over and over again. Outrageous. DO NOT BUY FROM

Courier reviews in Washington DC

We ordered a laptop and the original delivery attempt was on the 24th, from the time they tried to deliver the package and the time it took to get up and get to the door they had already ran back to the delivery truck and left. They tried to deliver it again two days later and I was in the back patio and this time the tag left on my door said "last attempt". I then called FedEx and explained the situation to a gentleman and he apologized and had told us he would be attempting delivery again, I left a note as well that it was alright to leave it on the porch and signed the note in case no one answered the door. After still not receiving the package. I had called and spoke with FedEx and eventually had gotten a hold of a supervisor named

. I was hoping this supervisor would be able to resolve my issue so I can get the laptop delivered or find a way to pick it up from FedEx.
Washington DC Courier Services Provider Name Locked
however wasn't much help and was extremely rude and combative, she said they attempted three deliveries when they only left two tags and never left the packaged as requested. I wasn't happy with the way
Washington DC Courier Services Provider Name Locked
had treated me and instead of resolving my problem or attempting to help, she made it worse and wasn't willing to work with me to get the laptop and my issues taken care.

While removing our old oven the delivery people set the oven on our wood floor and then dragged it across. They scratched 6 boards and then acted like they didn't do it. The delivery people looked at their protective pad to see if there was anything on it that could scratch our floor, but they were outside of their protect pad when they did it. I wrote a note on the delivery receipt that stated the delivery people scratched our floor. I sent photos of the scratch to the idiots at

Storage, but they said they didn't scratch our floor. This is the part that gets me. They said because we where having GE appliances delivered that we should call them, haha. So because your workers don't want to get fired for scratch our floor while removing our old oven, push it off on another company. What a bunch of crooks. don't ever use this company, since they are dishonest and try to push blame on another company. Oh by the way they never repaired or replaced my floor.

, the owner of the company, was professional and easy to communicate with. Even though I am an out-of-town landlady, I was comfortable with the project at a substantial cost.

I live in New Mexico and purchased a sofa from a company (Spectrahomefurniture.com - they're great) in North
Washington DC Courier Services Provider Name Locked
. Upon delivery, the drivers tried to collect $387.00 from me for delivery. The delivery had already been paid for by Spectra. I called Spectra and the delivery person plaid dumb. Before I called the driver said; "Just give us a check and if it has already been paid we'll return it." Haha!
They say, "all's well that ends well" - well, it wasn't over. When I opened my garage I could not get out because the huge box the sofa came in and all of the packing material was left in my driveway.

I went with this company because they accept checks and his reviews were so good. He said any mover that wants to be paid before the move is over, is not a good mover. We set up the move. I had to move earlier than I had planned because of scheduling and availability. They were 2.5 hours late because the truck broke down. I was supposed to have a 4 man crew between 8 or 9 in the morning. 1 crew of 2 showed up at 10:30 with a smaller truck. The second truck showed up later. The crew leader on the 2nd truck began to yell at the 1st crew and asked why they didn't order a 3rd truck. The decided they would make it work. I told them, we got to get this done. I have to get my cat before the vet closes. As time passed the trucks were filling up and they had not ordered a 3rd truck and they began yelling at me that they didn't have anymore room on the trucks. They did not listen when it came to where and how I wanted things packed. They told me don't worry about it, we'll sort it out at the storage. I needed one item out to the

. They could not get it out in one piece, so they broke it. They also ran out of pads and then only shrink wrapped my items. The owner said it was impossible to run out of pads. They have over 100 pads on a truck. Then they were taking paintings and glass out to the truck not wrapped at all. The owner told me, "Oh they wrap it out at the truck."My patio chairs were strapped to the metal lift, and my mattress and box springs were attached to the outside of the truck. They told me the entire house was empty. I came back and luckily checked the garage. There were enough items in the garage to fill the back of a pick up truck. The owner called and was yelling at me about refusing to pay. He said I cannot refuse to pay because it is against the law and is fraud. I had no idea what he was talking about because I did not refuse to pay and was not supposed to pay until the move was over. I reminded him of that and he said, "Oh, I forgot I told you that." The owner told me that because of all the issues I had with the first move, that he would send a new fresh crew of his best and fastest movers. I said how will they know what goes where? He said to call in the day before for the stuff that was going to my sister or necie. The owner told me I would never get a shock from his company, because he is so good at estimating. Well it ended up being 1500 more than estimated. He stated that it was my fault because I needed things delivered to my sister and my

. Originally I needed the items delivered to my sister by noon, but then she had the day off, so it was no longer an issue. When it came time for the second part of the move. They told me that they could not pack the truck and deliver the items to my sister, my

and I. He said it was going to cost more money and take more time because I was putting time constraints on him. They wanted to do me, my sister, then my

. I told him "Remember, I called you back and told you my sister was off and there were no time constraints." When the crew of the second move brought the items to my home, they were all mixed up and not sorted to what goes where. They kept bringing the wrong items to the wrong areas. The older guy,
Washington DC Courier Services Provider Name Locked
, was very nice and told me don't worry about it, we will sort it out for you. The younger guy, Nick, kept threatening me that "His crew was about to walk off the job." I told them I would be happy to come down and tell them where everything goes, but I was not going to leave my apartment door open because of my cat. They kept bringing things up and making piles. I told them to not pile things there, furniture is going to go there. They said, just let us bring the items up, then we will put everything where it goes. Then, they were mad that they had to move the items twice because the didn't listen when I told them not to make piles. They told me there were still boxes in the truck and they could not bring up anymore boxes because I wouldn't be able to move around. I said that I needed my boxes for my bathroom and my kitchen. They then began to cuss, just bring it all in. They began stacking the boxes and using moving straps to bring them in. This crushed the boxes. They finally got everything loaded in the house and I began to notice all the damage to my furniture items. I still haven't found all the damage. I felt intimidated by the movers, so I tipped them way more than I would normally have because I was scared of them and they knew where I lived.

then gave me a paper to sign. He said don't be shocked by the numbers just sign, you and
Washington DC Courier Services Provider Name Locked
will talk about the final price. So I signed and did not give them a check. Then The owner called me and began yelling at me about refusing to pay again. He said I was a liar and I was being facetious. He wants payment immediately or he was calling the police. I reminded him that
Washington DC Courier Services Provider Name Locked
said that he and I would work the final price out. He said everything was my fault and what credit card did I want to use. I told him that I would send him a check. He said he was not going to wait for a check. He made me overnight a check and send him the tracking number or he was going to call the police. He said "I was going to work with you on the price, but everything is your fault and now I want the full amount. Now give me my money or I'm calling the police." I am honestly shocked at how bad this experience was after seeing how great their reviews were.

I guess it went well. Kind of hard to shop having a few kids so figured I'd give it a try. They gave me my order as I ordered it, just not so sure I want to spend the money all of the time for delivery, although if I were rich I definitely would

2 men and a teenage boy showed up late. They proceeded to wander around the house "to assess" the amount of furniture and items in the home, to "best" decide on how to proceed. This took at least 1/2 hour of the 3 hours. They then told the owner of the house that she was going to have to leave at least 1/3 of her belongings behind because they would not fit into the truck. In the 4 hours that they were there. They were able to put onto the truck 4 sets of mattresses, 4 dressers, an entertainment system, 5 tv's, 1 section, a love seat, 1 bookcase and 1 couch. They were "unable" to bring a sectional sofa up from the basement. Which they left in the basement doorway of the basement when they gave up. The teenage boy wandered around not doing anything to speak of. Due to them not being able to bring the sectional up, they did not charge for the 4th hour, which is why they got a D and not an F marking. During the time the "men" were working on getting the sectional from the basement the owner of the house noticed that there was a ton of wasted space in the truck from how the men had packed it. She and her sister rearranged almost everything they had packed and repacked it. When the men came up they looked in the truck and said "wow we need to take a picture of how well we have packed this truck to send back to Penske", which they did even though they had only moved the furniture into the truck and had not actually done any of the packing they were so proud of. After the "movers" had left the owner and the sister (me) and 3 teenage girls moved a 2 story w/basement, 4 bedroom 2400 sq ft house onto a 26 ft truck, leaving only the sectional (that was in the basement), 3 bookcases and 5 boxes behind. We even got 2 Powerwheel cars and 3 bicycles in :0). Overall the Professional movers were not very professional. They did not have the man power promised and did not truly know how to pack a truck. I would highly suggest not obtaining their services.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I paid $649 to have an antique desk shipped from Maryland to California on
Washington DC Courier Services Provider Name Locked
9th. They said they would contact me to schedule the delivery within two weeks. I had not heard anything by August 5th so I contacted 1-800-865-3960. The employee who answered was surly and unhelpful. Turns out that they had the wrong phone number (the phone number on the order form, of which I have a copy, is correct), though they had been provided with the right number almost a week prior and still had not contacted me. They scheduled delivery for August 6th between 12 and 4. At 3:45 on August 6th I had not received any communication from the driver, so I called the number again. They told me that there were two more stops ahead of me and it likely would not be delivered until 6 pm. I was not going to be available at that point so I asked them to reschedule. They rescheduled for the next day, again between 12 and 4. They did not show up in that window, nor did they call to inform me that they would be late. I heard absolutely nothing from the delivery drivers or dispatch. I just called again to find out if delivery has been rescheduled, because again, I have heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING from the company about their missed delivery windows. None of their employees have been helpful or apologetic, all of them seem to imply that it is someone else's fault. I will never do business with this company again and certainly don't recommend them to anyone else.
