"We had issues with getting a contractor to return our calls regarding an estimate for the project. Aztec was the first company to respond and produce the estimate. The design and permit process went smoothly, being in a historic district presented some concerns but all were addressed and options everything was resolved. The initial demolition took less ...more time than expected, the overall constuction period went well with the exception of some problems via a distributor of Aztec's. The distributor sent them faulty materials which then needed to be replaced which added some additional time to the project. The job is now finished and we are very happy with the work.
