"We do not have words to describe how amazing
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
Honavar and his team are. They took on the challenging task of renovating our entire 100 year old house in a mere 12 weeks. This included renovating an entire kitchen, three bathrooms, replacement of plumbing, electric wires, and unwanted non-load bearing structures as well as overseeing the installation of new hardwood floors and clearing out structures in our basement. Most contractors cannot even complete a kitchen in that time period reliably (we know from experience). On top of that, our house was a complete disaster to work in. Every day, a new surprise appeared (not as a result of
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
's work)....ceilings collapsed, roofs leaked, every piece of wiring we exposed was inappropriately wired and had to be redone, and we learned we had no subfloor under one of the floors that we were replacing...the list goes on. But
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
took int in stride, had a great sense of humor about it, and STILL kept us on schedule despite the fact that most
contractors would be months behind as a result. Not only are
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
and his team a pleasure to work with, but they did great quality work, provided us with excellent advice, and helped us to stay on budget as much as possible. There were times that he would tell us how we could do things ourselves if we wanted to save money and not pay his team for their
labor. How many contractor's can you say tell you when not to give them work? What also impressed us was his team included almost everyone needed and when he had to sub-contract on specialty items (our granite countertop and island) he knew exactly what had to be done and ensured the work was up to the standard he demanded.
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
's pricing was very reasonable compared to the other quotes that we got. He clearly explained trade-offs to us and let us know where we would get the most value for our money. When problems arose he also helped us work through those in a way that added to our confidence in him. Most importantly, you want a contractor that will tell you like it is and give you honest advice. We could always count on
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
for that. He never had an angle. As a result of
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
and his team's work, the house we purchased is an entirely new home now. It is absolutely beautiful. People who saw it before do not even recognize it. And just in a few short months. We cannot emphasize how much we enjoyed working with
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
and his team and how much we would recommend working with him and his company. If you want someone who will give you fair pricing, tell things to you straight, and get things done reliably, on time and of high quality, do not go anyplace else. Renovations of this size are very scary propositions and
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
made it more comfortable for us. We are already plotting some smaller things to do with him in the next year or so.

"I have worked with
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
on three major projects over the past ten years or so. He had installed two kitchens for me as well as rebuilt a leak drainage system. This week, he is just finishing up the enclosing of a sunroom.
Overall, I have nothing but great things to say. His prices are reasonable. His work is great. He listens and shows up and gives perfect advice. For instance, I had a few contractors bid on a kitchen job in my new house.
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
was the only person who took the time to figure out the plumbing, which saved me a lot of money.
I would absolutely work with
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
again.

Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
and his team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We met with quite a few contractors for this project and felt
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
was the one who had the best understanding of what we were trying to do. He was prompt with his bid, came in at a great price and had all the details covered. It was an easy choice to use
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
(PHS) for our basement remodeling project.
The project itself was a complete remodel of the basement in our 100 year old row house.
The PHS team turned our completely unfinished cave in a wonderful living space. This work included:
- Framing out a great room, two closets (one under the stairs), an unfinished storage space and a bathroom. - Repair of cracks and craters in the concrete floor. - New stairs with a white risers and dark finished treads. - Moving of gas lines so they did not pass through the finished space. - Some repair on the existing duct work, as well as incorporation of duct system into the basement design. - Soffits around the hanging duct work and plumbing lines running along the ceiling. - Pointing up of a brick wall to prepare for priming and paining. - Construction of a custom built-in shelving unit built to our specifications. - new electric and recessed lighting throughout. - Drywall, trim, new doors, painting and carpet installation. - New tile floors in the laundry area and bathroom. - Installation of new tub, vanity, shower tile, toilet and all bathroom fixtures. From start to finish the PHS team was great with all aspects of the project. There was never a time where i couldn't contact either
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
or our project manager with questions or comments. Our project manager often made it a priority to meet with us intermittently to discuss progress, challenges, questions and next steps, as well as getting our input on how to proceed in various areas. there were quite a few things they completed that were above and beyond the scope of the contract. their goal was for us to be happy with the end product. We love our new basement and the couldn't be happier with the job PHS did.

"These guys are phenomenal. Customer service is clear in communications, they were always punctual, and delivered on all their commitments. They work as a team and know exactly what they are doing. The transformation of our kitchen was utterly amazing, and their attention to detail meant a minimum of seams. They even recut some of the tops to fit while on site. We picked the least expensive granite that they offered, and it was absolutely beautiful."

"Originally contracted for housecleaning of an occupied house as offered on Angie's list. The contract was amended when the crew arrived to a move-out service. This misunderstanding was the result of mixed signals from the former tenant. Nonetheless, the crew did a thorough job, including the kitchen (cleaned cabinets inside and out, refrigerator, cooktop, counters); living room and dining room bookcases; vacuumed and washed all floors and window interiors; dusted blinds; vacuumed attic carpet; and swept and vacuumed the basement floor. A true move-out job. Crew of three cleaners and supervisor were quick and expert at their tasks. Their delayed arrival was caused by previous time-consuming jobs and heavy traffic, and the job naturally took longer than they had expected.

"Awesome! This is the third time we have used
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
Marble and Granite and there is no one else that I would call the next time I need a granite counter or any other marble/granite job completed.
Mr.
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
and his team are very professional, they are punctual and dedicated to making sure that you are getting exactly what you ordered. We went to their site on Olive Street and chose 2 pieces of remnant granite about 2-3 weeks before our contractors started our bathroom renovation. The GC had to delay the start of the job by a week and then things took longer than initially planned, but when we were ready for the counters, Mr.
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
still had them set aside for us, he came out and measured the next day after we called him, and the sinks were ready to install in about 3-4 business days. The install team were prompt and professional and everything looks great.
If you need Granite counters, call
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
Marble and Granite and you will be very happy!

"It went wonderfully! The staff at the
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
managed to rennovate a tiny 1920's kitchen so that it was perfectly suited to my equally small 1920's house. They did not begin until after I had visited the show room twice and they had come to my house three times.
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
was always there by telephone or e mail to "hold my hand" as I decided just what to do. When you deal with a customer who has never watched HGTV or looked at home magazines, it is a challenge. They met that challenge. Everything started and ended on time.
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
managed to fit his 6ft 4in frame into the most crowed space. I would use their services again and recommend them without reservation.

"My venture began in September 2012 for estimates to remodel our kitchen. I called
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
for a free estimate.
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
responded quickly and on time. I had just had a recent accident and he was kind enough to bring floor samples to the house that day. The estimate and the kitchen plans were completed in one week and emailed to me. This was much faster than the other companies that had come by.
My husband and I were ready to begin the project over the summer beginning in August 2013.
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
remembered us and honored the previous contract with minor adjustments. The kitchen project was completed in 4 weeks and went very smooth. The quality and craftsmanship was superb. If I had any concerns,
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
responded immediately without delay. I now have a beautiful kitchen with new cabinets, granite countertops, backsplash, appliances and tile floor. Amazing tile work ! The employees were neat and took extra care with the rest of the house while working in the kitchen.
One other note, we have a very old house and while the construction in the kitchen was underway, the upstairs bathroom starting leaking down into the new kitchen.
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
responded without delay.
My husband and I were very pleased and have started a bathroom renovation with
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
for October 2013.
Thanks so much

"I was referred to
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
by several friends who had used the company and been very pleased with the work and I certainly found out why. In my bedroom and living room, the floor was originally a boring laminate. I had them tear that out and replace it with glossy, butterscotch, 3.25 inch oak planks. There were a lot of great options in their selection but I liked this one in the best. In the kitchen, they pulled out the same laminate flooring and replaced it with ceramic tiles. I had them install granite countertops too, redo all the cabinets and put up a subway-pattern tile backsplash. In the bathroom, they got rid of my original 2x2in. white tile, replaced it with 4x4 with a nice border. They also refinished the bathtub, put in a new vanity mirror and medicine cabinet and installed new lighting. in the bedroom, I had them install a lighted fan. Had them repaint the entire condo too, fix a few holes and touch up the trimming along the way
When I inquired with a couple other contractors, they estimated the work would run about $15K or higher. But
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
's estimate came in at $12K and he stuck to it. Also, when you ask around about GCs, you hear a lot of horror stories, but the
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
team performed flawlessly.
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
and the team were fast, courteous, efficient, very professional. I did not have to monitor them or make sure they started work on time like I've heard has to be done with a lot of other contractors. They also met their original deadline, completing the job on a Sunday, a rarity in the business. Will definitely hire them again next time. Would highly recommend others do the same.

"From the beginning,
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
was incredibly responsive. He came right over for a free estimate, and also made two separate visits with help (his boss,
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
, and their engineer) to go over measurements and confirm that they could do the project with the estimated budget, even before we agreed to use them as a service! We had asked for estimates from two other contractors, and
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
was easily $10K cheaper. I was nervous going with the "lowest bidder" but based on Angie's List evaluations, we decided to use them. From the start, I could see how they were able to stay so low. Where other contractors told us that we would have to move this or that, or increase our amperage,
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
always had our budget in mind and offered creative suggestions to us and to the other servicers (plumbing, electricity) to keep costs low, all the while providing us with a high quality basement rental unit.
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
was so responsive that he honestly made me feel as though I was his only project. We had a short window of time to complete the project, as we wanted to be able to rent for the upcoming academic year. From start to finish, were it not for a 1 week delay for a city inspection, his team would have had the work completed in under a month. There were a couple things that were forgotten, and once I informed
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
the issues were fixed the following day. Lest you think that we sacrificed quality for price, the overall quality of the materials and workmanship is superb. The shower is fully tiled with a glass enclosure, we have granite countertops with beautiful cabinets, recessed lighting, etc etc! I actually suggested not using glass door and not having a granite countertop to save money because I thought he would come back and say we were over budget, but he replied, as he often does, with "don't worry about it boss, I have you covered". Normally those words coming from a contractor would frighten me, but not from
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
.
Given the changes we had made with original framing, the quality of the finished product, the timeliness of the service, and
Washington Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
's overall management and responsiveness, I can't believe that we didn't pay a single cent over their original estimate.
Will definitely use them again, and suggest that you do, too!
