As for the chimney work itself, the 2-man crew was on time, and completed the entire job in about 4 hours. New liner is great and the work on the brick looks very good from what I can tell. "They came when they said and gave us an estimate. It seemed high so when we called back, they realized that they had quoted the wrong thing and downsized it considerably. 's said what needed to be done what what the inspector said needed done. They did not try to oversell on things that were not needed."

"They didn't do a very good job on the mortar of the bricks. It got all over the bricks and it didn't make the bricks red like they were suppose to. They put a patch over the damaged part of the chimney and then they were suppose to cover it. On their way out on the last day, they also did an impromptu fill-in of a gap that had formed between our brick front steps and the brick front wall of the house. That last bit was completely outside the scope and they easily could have declined to help or charged us for it. Again, great job all around."
