"During full home remodel with addition of new basement apt kitchen, was referred to for cabinets. After some delay, a sales rep came out to walk through. Good discussion, asked him for plan and estimate. Got plan, which was about 40% percent wrong based on our discussion, but no estimate. Kept getting ...more put off on revised plan and estimate with promises that it would arrive next day. Came to showroom 3 times to look at cabinets, but he was never available. Finally, I gave up calling and never heard from him again. Wasted about 6 weeks on this guy and this company. Worst customer service I've ever had, except maybe for

We needed to have the job done quickly as we had guests coming into town. He told us that he could do the job in about five weeks. We told him that it was imperative that we stick with the ...more completion date. He said that he could meet our deadline, even after we added to the scope of the job and asked him to move a wall to give us more space in the bathrooms. He gave us a fair bid for the project and gave us a start date. On the start date he showed up with his crew and began the demolition. Someone from his crew was here everyday without fail and someone was always working. They cleaned up at the end of each day. They did all the electrical, plumbing (including installation of new radiators), carpentry, and floor work. In addition, special attention was paid to a troublesome door which was not closing properly. They repaired this. They moved an interior (non-load bearing) wall to provide more bathroom space. They tiled the bathrooms and built the vanities. We also had a problem with a sagging ceiling in the entry way, a result of a previous renovation to the hall bathroom. They repaired this as well and did a great job overall!

We were provided with a review of the work completed each day and a plan for the next day and into the future. He was concerned that we were pleased with the job and the progress. "I had a positive experience with a few years ago. I was very happy with a table that they had made for me. I returned almost a year ago to have them make a bookcase for me. I put a deposit down of $800, and was told it would take about 4 months. After the 4 months passed, the item was not made. I was put off for another 4 months, ...more and when I pressed them, I was told they would not be able to make the bookcase, and would return my deposit. The deposit was not returned. I contacted them several times, but my calls and emails were never returned. I am now going through small claims court to try to have my money returned.
